Commissions take four to six weeks depending on what's in the queue and how involved the piece is. I'll tell you the real timeline before any money changes hands.
Custom and engraved work is final sale — it's made for you and can't be resold. If something arrives wrong or faulty, that's on me and I'll fix it.
